2. Return & Refund Eligibility

2.1. Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2.2. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2.3. Exceptions: Custom or final sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Return Process
